Give the Gift of Immerse!

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in our Restaurant and Cellar Door. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

No change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher. Any unused value of the voucher will be recorded on the voucher and able to be redeemed at a future visit before the expiry of the voucher. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. Reloading & Top ups are available through the Gift It App portal.

Gift vouchers will not be reissued in the case of being lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Immerse on 03 5965 2444 or email info@immerse.com.au providing all details including proof of purchase and gift voucher number (photo ID may be required for verification purposes). Immerse reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary.

If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Immerse and shall be binding on the customer.
