Just an hour from Melbourne, Immerse is a peaceful escape surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and our picturesque lake. We offer three unique ceremony settings to suit your style: the elegant Vineyard Chapel with panoramic views, the open-air Garden Chapel by the water and roses, or the spacious paddock for a relaxed outdoor vibe.

Garden Chapel

Our open air chapel sits directly in front of our ornamental lake boasting lovely water views.

Inclusions:

Bench seating for 80 guests
Signing table and chairs + 2 wine barrels
Surround sound system for ceremony music with wireless microphone
Immerse member onsite to coordinate music

Vineyard Chapel

The Vineyard Chapel is nestled in amongst our vines, with a breathtaking floor to ceiling window.

Inclusions:

Bench seating for 80 guests
Signing table and chairs + 2 wine barrels
Surround sound system for ceremony music with wireless microphone
Immerse member onsite to coordinate music

The Paddock

The Paddock boasts sweeping views of our vineyard, where you can enjoy being surrounded by nothing but nature.

Inclusions:

40 white chairs
Signing table and chairs + 2 wine barrels
Portable PA system for music only (no microphone included)
Immerse member onsite to coordinate music

Food Packages

All packages include 30 minutes of chef selection canapes to begin the night, and ends with 2 x desserts served roving.

Alternate Drop 

Followed by your choice of 2 entrées and 2 mains served alternately to your guests.

Feast Menu 

A set chef selection menu with 3 entrées, then 2 proteins and seasonal vegetables.

Cocktail Menu 

A relaxed atmosphere 4 substantial options along with a range of canapés throughout the night.

Beverage Package

5 hour beverage packed included (5:30pm - 10:30pm)

Your guests will enjoy 5 hours of beverages served by our lovely staff throughout the duration of your beverage package.

Immerse is the best wedding venue with the most amazing team of wedding coordinators. They are experts in anything wedding. Not once have I had trouble communicating with anyone. One phone call, message, email and they would respond in a heartbeat. No request was ever hard enough.

From the moment we parked our car, we had a good feeling about the place. We had lunch and were served by lovely staff. We instantly fell in love with the venue especially the very beautiful vineyard chapel and booked our wedding date on the same day. The spreadsheet they gave us was very comprehensive and was the one and only document I used to plan everything. It made everything so easy. It was nice to have 20 units available for our family and friends from overseas. Everyone raved about how attentive the staff were, how accommodating they are, the exceptional food and how their glasses were never empty. It was truly a fun night and if we could we would do it all over again with Immerse. We miss wedding planning because of them. Thank you to the whole team. Words are not enough

We got married at Immerse in November 2024 and couldn't have chosen a better venue for our special day! From the very beginning, the wedding team at Immerse were fantastic at communication, so prompt and thorough with their replies and most of all, always so kind!! They made the wedding planning process so much easier and each time we went to visit we were blown away by the service by everyone there.

All of our guests loved the food, service and atmosphere at Immerse on our wedding night and we could not fault a thing!

Thank you to the Immerse wedding team for helping us do such a beautiful set up in the reception area and for making our wedding day so seamless and stress-free. We especially appreciated the extra touches, like keeping our food warm while taking our sunset photos, and ensuring our glasses were never empty.
