Immerse Winery has truly outdone itself with a stunning new menu and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing.

The refreshed menu is a delight, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative dishes that pair beautifully with their award-winning wines. Each plate was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with highlights like the burger and prawn dish. The winery’s setting remains as breath-taking as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an elevated dining experience. Immerse Winery truly lives up to its name—what a beautiful place to get immersed in great food, exceptional wine, and warm, welcoming service. From the attentive waitstaff to the knowledgeable wine tasting team, every interaction was top-notch. The food was fresh and flavourful, the grounds are stunning and clearly well looked after, and the whole experience felt like a relaxed, enjoyable getaway. We (party of Six) had a lunch reservation in the main dining space. The food was phenomenal, not a single critique. We had a combination of entrees, mains and desserts. The staff hosting the causal (free) tasting bar were fantastic, happily explaining about each wine and allowing many testers. We at no time felt rushed or like we were causing an inconvenience for being indecisive. Wines were all lovely. Particularly loved their sparkling Shiraz.
